CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER GERMANY

In this demanding management role, you will make an important contribution to strategy development and implementation in Germany (sales around 100 million euros, 14 clinics/legal entities) and be P+L responsible together with the CEO. Your functional management spectrum includes Financial Control & Reporting (including Tax and Treasury), Business Control, Billing & Credit Control, Legal and Procurement, with the corresponding highly qualified teams you provide insightful financial analysis and decision-relevant information that will support our management to further drive performance and execute our full potential plan. Additionally, you continuously improve and enhance the existing tools/methodologies, structures, processes and systems in terms of quality, pace, accuracy and efficiency, creating the basis for further scaling and integration as well as establishing your teams as strong and proactive corporate drivers and sparring partners for our business leaders and their finance teams. You will report to the German CEO and the Group CFO.

You already have several years of proven success as a CFO, Director/VP Finance, FP&A, Controlling (or comparable), including international experience in an agile healthcare service delivery environment (or other B2C oriented distributed services like retail, logistics, hospitality) with a strong M&A / PMI focus. As a well-rounded finance manager, with operative experience in all areas of financial management and a personal emphasis in Controlling, FP&A, Accounting, you possess cross-functional business understanding, a pronounced IT affinity and a strong focus on organizational development. Besides all strategic elements of the role, a mind-set is expected that enjoys pace and constantly changing challenges, the relentless pursuit of improvement and a strong “can-do” mentality, therefore attention to detail and systems and a hands on mentality is crucial. Furthermore, an authentic and inspiring personality is sought in order to develop a strong and business-oriented team with a performance-driven culture.

We are based in northern Germany, but due to our national footprint, your personal work location can be chosen relatively flexibly at the main hubs.
