Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or Business & Development at ZODIAQUE STUDIOS, located in Berlin, Germany. The role involves overseeing daily business operations, financial controlling and reporting, fundraising, driving sales and marketing strategies, conducting research, and establishing strong communication channels within the team. Additionally, responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Marketing skills
• Proven experience in Finance and Business Development
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently
• Experience in the Start-Up, D2C, E-Commerce, Fashion or Retail industry is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• You are based in Berlin and have a residence / working permit
