SRG London is recruiting for a seasoned CFO for our valued family owned client in London, ON. This firm, along with its affiliated businesses has built a strong reputation for excellence and philanthropy. They are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

Benefits of the role:

• Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
• 4 weeks of vacation

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to: )

• Lead the finance and accounting team, 3 direct reports
• Provide financial oversight across multiple entities, ensuring compliance and sound financial management.
• Advise on income tax implications and ensure proper financial planning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.
• Manage financial reporting, insurance matters, and legal/banking relationships.
• Collaborate with executives to address business challenges, including cash flow, inventory issues, and personnel decisions.
• Offer strategic advice to adapt and optimize business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
• CPA designation or equivalent
• Strong background in public accounting and/or construction finance.
• Exposure to multiple entities with different accounting structures.
• Solid understanding of income tax implications.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of managing and mentoring a small team.
• Experience liaising with bankers, lawyers, and insurance professionals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to understand business operations beyond financials.
