Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning in alignment with company goals

• Oversee accounting, FP&A, investor relations, and capital strategy

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape GTM and expansion plans

• Build and scale finance infrastructure to support hyper-growth and operational excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of financial leadership, including experience as CFO or VP Finance at a high-growth startup

• Deep understanding of payments, SaaS, or fintech business models

• Proven track record of fundraising, M&A, or capital market strategy
