Responsibilities Of The Chief Financial Officer
In-Charge of the entire Accounting & Finance, and Tax operation for a $150M + P&L
Leading your team of direct reports
Lead the Budgeting & Forecasting Process
Lead the financial reporting process for Leadership and develop any process improvements
Develop and streamline Cost Accounting practices within the organization; complex inventory
Act as the Go-To for all Key Stakeholders within the organization
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:
15+ years of General Accounting
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required
Management & Manufacturing Experience required
MBA/CPA/CMA welcomed
ERP Experience
Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000 Depending on Experience + Bonuses
