Replicon is currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager for its Global Sales Operations function. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the individual will be responsible for integrated end-to-end support for sales teams, assist the sales leaders in analysis driven reporting, build operational excellence in Global Sales Operations function and also responsible for Sales, Pre Sales and Account Management team compensation.
Candidate should be very proactive in his/ her approach to work, be able to work with minimal direction and prioritize time effectively to deliver in a timely manner. Attention to details with ability to look at things differently and a constant endeavor to make a difference to the business is highly required.

You Have:
- Graduation is a must; MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of Sales Operations experience with primary focus on data driven analysis and reporting, sales compensation management and reporting automation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and work with large data sets
- Good understanding of Sales Process in a B2B selling environment
- Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data
- Knowledge/Experience in Salesforce.com and those with exposure to SaaS based business and revenue models is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, multi‐task and work independently on several projects and meet deadlines with high attention to details.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for defining, analyzing, and communicating key metrics and business trends for the sales teams across the globe
- Analyze sales pipeline, forecasting and productivity reports for global sales leaders and senior management
- Responsible for planning and executing the Sales Compensation plans for Sales, Pre-Sales and Account Management teams
- Analyze data for patterns, investigate root causes and work with Director of Sales Operations and sales leaders to proactively address them
- Conceptualization and implementation of automated tools using MS Excel to help enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams
- Creating new reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and manage the existing reports and dashboards
- Conceptualize and implement business processes to help enhance the productivity of the sales team
- Work closely with IT/Business Applications team to define business requirements and ensure effective business user acceptance testing
- Work closely with internal customers to understand current and future business needs. Also identify and analyze any needs and trends requiring special attention
