Revenue Operations Manager
We are looking to hire our first Revenue Operations Manager to help support our GTM teams as we continue our awesome growth! Revenue Operations will act as a key partner to our Sales, CX and Marketing leadership teams, to drive data driven decisions and alignment across our org. They will be critical to streamlining our processes and bringing visibility and discipline to our revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success management to develop and manage day-to-day process execution, support strategic planning and drive data driven decisions that help our clients successfully partner with CapIntel
- Help establish an operating cadence to review metrics and share insights with business team
- Audit data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and usefulness of data; including but not limited to pipeline accuracy, account assignments to sales team and hierarchical alignment
- Leverage data to track program efficacy across the customer journey and provide visibility into metrics that leadership can use to drive informed decision making
- Develop reports and dashboards to help answer key business questions and guide leadership on next steps

Who You Are And What You Bring
- 3+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS company; preferably in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or a similar role within a fast-paced technology environment
- Strong experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive specific, focused insights
- Experience documenting, analyzing & improving business processes and an understanding of how to make them suitable for scale
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and engaging manner to a large audience of senior stakeholders
- Enjoy building relationships and working with go-to-market teams focused on revenue growth and customer experience
- Bold, gritty and curious character

- Remote first. We trust our teammates to find the work location that allows them to do their best work – remotely or in person. We’re a Canadian based, remote-first environment, with in-office collaboration zones and individual workspaces in Gatineau, QC or Halifax, NS and hubs of virtual employees in Southwestern Ontario (and a few others scattered across Canada).
