Job Summary:
In this high-visibility global leadership role, the ideal candidate will be a critical part of the Revenue leadership team, tasked with bringing a data-driven framework to create and drive a culture of accountability and achievement for both short-term and long-term goals. This person has exceptional business savvy, financial analysis, and business partnership skills with deep expertise enhancing the scalability of revenue operations. As an enthusiastic advocate for unlocking revenue growth through operational excellence, the Director of Revenue Operations will lead a team of revenue operations and sales enablement professionals to drive revenue growth using data analytics, processes, and tools.
What You'll Do:
- Reporting to the VP of Revenue, further establishing the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations teams through a period of rapid growth and operational challenges
- Own execution and operational excellence of MonetizeMore’s Revenue/GTM teams, ensures a tight collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product
- Establish and oversee business processes and procedures to deliver cross-functional business objectives while maximizing predictability and efficiency
- Drive growth initiatives by leveraging operational data and providing valuable insights to the business on how and where to prioritize
- Develop scalability throughout our go-to-market business units with a combination of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement methods
- Provide strategic oversight to the design and implementation of business processes that drive predictable and scalable growth while ensuring effective collaboration and minimize role or responsibility confusion
- Strategically prioritize the RevOps roadmap for the short and long-term
- Be a thought leader on short and long-range strategies and planning, including Go-To-Market operating models, performance analysis, organization design, compensation plan creation/implementation, and prospect/customer/market intelligence
- Provide detailed reporting, forecasts, actionable insights, and compelling presentations for weekly updates, monthly summaries, QBRs, and exec. meetings
- Attract, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing revenue operations team.
Who You Are:
- An extremely analytical, results-oriented, cross-functional Revenue Operations professional with 6+ years experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations, process design and excellent leadership skills
- Experienced builder and leader, with 4+ years of people management experience and a dedication to service-oriented leadership
- Cross-functional leader with indirect influence finesse and excellent stakeholder management; inspires confidence and collaboration across departmental boundaries
- Proactive problem solver whose critical thinking skills are adaptable and fungible across many disciplines and various subject matters
- Sound business judgment and strategic thinking; able to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and simple action plans
- Experience with business case development, go-to-market strategy and operations, forecasting, metrics tracking/reporting, strategic planning, territory planning, predictive account and lead scoring, sales compensation
- Detailed knowledge of sales, marketing, and analytics tech stacks.
