The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Global Sales Operations in the conceptual development, implementation and analysis of projects to optimize the efficiency of field force teams in Bionorica’s sales countries.
The objective is to initiate and implement projects that enhance processes, tools, structures, and field force activities. The Project Manager Global Sales Operations serves as an interface, ensuring close alignment and coordination with the Head of Global Sales Operations and his teams, as well as with Country Heads, national Sales Force Managers, relevant stakeholders at the headquarters (e.g., Controlling, Finance) and external partners (e.g. print media service, event agencies).
These Are The Tasks For This Position
Prepare, implement, and follow-up project-related activities in coordination with the Head of Global Sales Operations (e.g. concept development and presentations, monitoring project execution with milestone definition, and project analysis.)
Leverage synergies and performance in Global Sales Operations through the organization and execution of International Power Events. Ensure efficient management exchange at these meetings. Power Events are: Global Sales Management Meetings, Annual Sales Force Meetings, Commercial Excellence Days, Platinum Club International
Maximize cross-functional collaboration and international standards with best case sharing. Identify and penetrate high-potential topics with a performance-oriented approach to the TOP 5 sales force targets. Ensure sustainable success by defining and monitoring key actions
Develop additional potential of Sales Force Managers and Regional Managers by ensuring an effective onboarding process and coordinating trainings together with the Global Training team
Support the Head of GSO to advance performance in the area of "New Business countries", with a focus on business analysis
Formal Requirements
These are the requirements you should meet:
Completed university degree (preferably in business administration or natural sciences)
Experience in international business and project management necessary
Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills necessary
Solid sales expertise (ideally in the pharmaceutical sector) desirable
Solid experience in organizing and executing business events desirable
