About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to build and scale our revenue operations function. This leader will optimize and align our sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive efficiency, predictability, and growth. You will be critical in developing processes, implementing and managing our tech stack, and enabling teams with data-driven insights. Over time, you will build and lead a high-performing RevOps team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the RevOps strategy: Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Leverage AI for efficiency: Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance team productivity, automate processes, and scale operations cost-effectively.
- Process optimization: Design, implement, and refine scalable revenue processes across the customer journey.
- Support generation of predictable revenue: Roll out MEDDPICC and ensure teams adopt it. Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success to ensure we have adoption ,alignment and targets.
- Tech stack management: Evaluate, implement, and optimize CRM and other revenue tools to drive automation and insights.
- Data and analytics: Establish revenue metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Lead forecasting and planning: Improve pipeline visibility, enhance revenue forecasting, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve performance.
- Enablement and training: Develop and implement sales enablement programs, measure their success, and refine them over time to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Hiring and team building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing RevOps team as the function scales.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function, with leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and DemandGen tools (such as Outreach, Gong, HGInsights/6Sense, Lemlist, etc.)
- Deep analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and data visualization.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable revenue systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, balancing thinking / strategy with execution / doing, highly collaborative, growth mindset are key traits
