- International Summary of Role The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the International business development team (Europe, Latin America, Australia and Africa). The Analyst will BE joining a multi-national team of analysts based in France, the USA and the Philippines. This analyst will BE reporting to the International Sales Operation Manager based in Lyon (France). The role will focus on supporting lead generation, pipeline management, proposal developments, RFPs and reports to executive management. This includes developing detailed O&M cost assumptions, owning project level cost modeling, and supporting sales analytics. The Analyst must BE capable of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with subject matter experts, developing detailed O&M cost justifications, tracking and reporting on KPIs and partnering with finance on sales forecasting. The role will BE based in our international HQ in la Tour-de-Salvagny, near Lyon (France). NovaSource is open to remote working but a presence in Lyon or its surroundings is preferred. In case of remote working, a minimal physical presence will BE required at the Lyon HQ Office. Required Skills :

- Being fluent in English, another language is a plus (Spanish, German or Italian). Essential Functions & Responsibilities : The role is to support the business development of the international Business Unit (BU) through 4 main tasks : Aiming :
- Provide Market Analysis for new geographies and new products.
- Support our Business Intelligence efforts.
- Generate new leads for our sales team. Competing :
- Drive continuous improvement of the O&M cost model with the goal of providing the most accurate financial projections possible.
- Prepare project cost models and pricing to Business Development associates based on O&M management guidelines.
- Partner with Business Developers to develop a value proposition to satisfy the client's business requirements.
- Compile sales related materials and work with O&M team members to draft responses to customer RFPs.
- Supervise the deal review (risk analysis) with different stakeholders (technical, legal and financial). Organizing :
- Manage the sales pipeline on Salesforce.
- Develop concise and actionable sales analytics dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI.
- Document our sales and business process. Managing :
- Report main metrics and your insight regarding sales and market developments to management.
- Partner with revenue generation leadership to achieve annual booking and profit targets.
- Team up with Finance to generate sales and revenue forecasts. Experience :
- 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in a business development support role.
- Experience working within a multi-national organization, including direct support of international emerging markets.
- Robust quantitative and financial modeling experience, specifically experience with building costs models and using them to estimate.
- Completing projects independently with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex financial and business modeling.
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Track record in driving various business initiatives to successful conclusion. Education :
- Engineering, Business or equivalent four (4) year degree.
- Masters in engineering, Finance or Business is a plus.
