About The Job
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Strategist to help deliver outstanding services to the clients in our Revenue Operations line of business. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of deep experience managing Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) instances (if client-side) or 1-2+ years of deep experience managing Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) instances (if agency-side).
This person will work directly with the Director of Growth, Revenue Operations and should be a growth-minded individual that helps identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing clients while providing excellent service.
What You Offer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Owning tasks and milestones within client projects and seeing those through to their fruition
- Direct communication with clients including email, Slack and Zoom
- Develop deep relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations to ensure that they renew contracts
- Identify and communicate opportunities to grow our business with clients in the Revenue Operations line of business and other lines of business
- Become an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools so that you can make educated recommendations to clients
- Stay up to speed on best practices in the Revenue Operations world including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies and more

- The Director of Revenue Operations can assign you with a book of clients to manage and can give you the autonomy and authority to manage those
- Our clients stay with us longer and leave more positive feedback in our Net Promoter Score surveys
- You’re able to grow the revenue of your existing clients so that we need to hire someone to support you with your clients
- Mentoring other new hires as they join the team
