Tasso is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup focused on delivering at-home diagnostic testing to those who need it most. We are growing our footprint with leading health systems, clinical research organizations, academic medical centers, and more who are looking to deliver clinical-grade, convenient diagnostic tests to their patients. Tasso was originally founded to find a better way to collect blood instead of a painful fingerstick or time-consuming venous draw. Since then, our products have been used in pharmaceutical clinical trials, by Olympians as part of a new virtual anti-doping program, and broadly by hospital systems across the US.
This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow and be a team builder. In this critical role, you will continuously improve the efficiency of our sales workflows and systems by analyzing key sales metrics and activities. Much of your insight will come from process analysis and revenue data, cross-functional collaboration, and market best practices. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement sales, sales operations, and sales enablement processes
- Act as the hands-on sales administrator for the current sales teams
- Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Implement and manage Salesforce and sales enablement tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
- Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments and executive leadership to identify business goals
- Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience managing sales operations functions in a B2B technically complex, long-cycle sales environment
- Experience with sales analytics by leads, sales stage, sales methodology, and productivity with proven experience with identifying areas to define, course-correct, and improve processes for scale.
- Proven success working across stakeholder teams to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present at all levels, listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, lead discussions, and articulate the vision of the company, both internally and externally.
- B.S./B.A. degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales administration experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
