Description And Requirements
The Services Sales Operations Analyst will support and report to the Executive Director – Services and Solutions Group (SSG). The position will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, to effectively drive communication, organization, and business efficiency. From day one the Services Sales Operations Analyst will have an immediate impact on the leadership team’s productivity. They will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to effectively drive the business. This role requires a dynamic, highly organized leader, who is comfortable and effective at organizing leadership for business cadences and executive reviews. The ideal candidate will have extensive and proven experience working in a matrixed organization, building strategic presentations, and driving business productivity. This position requires the individual to work cross-functionally across a matrixed organization, within their own department, but also with other department heads.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating leadership team for critical executive reviews.
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress towards key strategic goals.
- Develops presentations, based on leadership input, for key reviews.
- Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended leadership teams.
- Identifies strategic problems (and/or risks) in advance so that they do not create barriers to progress.
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.
- Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Strong technical skill set in MS SharePoint, Power BI (DAX), Executive Dashboard, Data Mart, Data Warehouse, data Model.
- High level of communication & presentation skills
- Ability to gather input and build executive presentations
- Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
- PMP certification is a plus
The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $96,000 - $125,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com
