The role can be based out of either the Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London - however we offer a hybrid approach of working with a mixture of home and office-working.
The work pattern for this role is 9-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on Friday.

The role
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Operations team. As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of a client’s travel itinerary once they have chosen to book with Audley.
You’ll be responsible for all areas of trip operations from booking confirmation up until our clients return home and will be accountable for completing all operational tasks involved with ensuring a smooth and trouble-free journey. This includes everything from overseeing the initial booking process to issuing final documentation and even stepping in should an incident in country impact a trip.
Sales Operations plays a key link between all areas of our business to ensure that we can deliver a seamless experience for our clients and act as an operational point of contact to our ground partners.
About you
You will have a proven ability to achieve and exceed set KPIs regarding attention to detail, work rate and speed of response. The role is fast-paced and requires managing high volumes of work so speed and the ability to prioritise is key. You will also possess a strong desire to get things right, you must be a natural organiser who is able to multitask.
