POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide analytical support for the Sales and Customer Service Departments. This position will analyze transportation data, develop and implement reports and other solutions to assist in sales growth and reporting. This position is expected to be a primary contributor for report development and maintenance using internal systems and data as well as external reporting tools and applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide analytical support for sales projects and planning
· Develop and provide internal and external performance management reports
· Analyze data and identify trends in customer volume and revenue behaviour
· Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations to modify existing or proposed processes, workflows, and reports to improve efficiencies and to resolve issues and risks
· Document core processes and workflows (SOPs), and communicate to relevant parties
· Assist in developing better management reporting tools to improve information flow and organizational planning
· Solicit feedback from key stakeholders to determine their requirements
· Coordinate and follow up ensuring that key stakeholders receive required reports in a timely manner
· Other duties as required
EXPECTATIONS AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
· Delivering weekly and monthly reporting elements on time and error free
· Development of reports for internal and external use
· Ensuring the Sales Team has access to the data and information needed to sell and measure the results of sales efforts
EXPERIENCE:
Related marketing/sales: 1 year (preferred)
