Your Impact
As Head of Revenue Growth & Intelligence, you will:
Develop & Execute Strategy – Define and implement a revenue intelligence strategy that aligns with our corporate vision.
Leverage Data & Intelligence – Turn insights into action, ensuring our CRM, analytics, and pricing strategies driving high-margin, sustainable growth.
Enable Sales Excellence – Equip our sales teams with the tools, intelligence, and strategies they need to thrive.
Drive High-Impact Initiatives – Lead transformative projects that fuel revenue acceleration and long-term business success.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background:
Significant experience in revenue operations, pricing, sales enablement, marketing intelligence, or commercial strategy.
Strong background in B2B or B2B2C industries.
Proven success in optimising sales & marketing operations, driving commercial insights, and managing high-value pricing strategies.
Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
Strong financial modelling, data analytics, and forecasting skills.
Leadership experience in cross-functional teams, with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders.
Technical & Strategic Skills:
Data & Analytics: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL) to extract and analyse commercial insights.
CRM & Martech: Strong understanding of sales and marketing automation platforms.
Strategic Pricing: Experience in value-based pricing and competitive analysis.
Sales Enablement & Performance Management: Ability to create impactful commercial frameworks that boost revenue.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in shaping and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
