Business Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and resourceful Business Operations (BizOps) Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of BizOps, this role offers the unique opportunity to lead and execute high-impact initiatives end-to-end. The ideal candidate is skilled in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis, with a strong ability to communicate actionable insights clearly and effectively. The BizOps Manager will work with a passionate and talented team at the forefront of financial industry innovation. This is an opportunity to work on challenging, novel, high-impact problems at the intersection of technology and finance.

Uniswap Labs is headquartered in SoHo in New York City and this role is ideally NYC based.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive multiple strategic initiatives from scoping to implementation, aligning with Uniswap Labs' goals and broader company strategy
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams and executives. Soliciting and appreciating different perspectives especially when those opinions are counter to their own
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct advanced data analyses merging on- and off-chain data to uncover key insights about business performance and strategic opportunities.
• Revenue Modeling: Work closely with the FP&A team to own the company’s revenue model, keeping it updated with knowledge of key revenue drivers and new revenue streams to produce growth insights.
• Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, delivering insights in a clear, actionable, and impactful manner.
• Execution Excellence: Partner with teams to operationalize strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, or 6+ years of experience and an MBA, including:
• 3+ years of strategic experience, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or similar.
• 2+ years of operating experience at a business operations role in an operating company is preferred.
• Proficient in programmatic data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python), from exploration to insight to communication.
• Exceptional communication skills at both the executive and peer cross-functional level
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with on-chain data analysis is a strong plus.
• Prior experience or knowledge in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space is strongly preferred.
  
  

Minimum full-time salary of $230,000 - $255,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.

Uniswap Labs' Full-Time employee benefits include company-paid medical, dental, & vision for you and your dependents, gym subsidy, 401(k) with 4% employer contribution, annual $1,500 education stipend, unlimited and encouraged time off, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, home office setup stipend for remote employees and daily lunches at NY headquarters (all benefits are subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility).
