Replicon seeks an experienced Sales Operation to join the team in Bangalore as a Director – Sales Operations and contribute to the global sales team leadership.
In this role you will lead a sales operations team and will play a key role in sales strategy development, project planning and execution, sales forecasting and reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, and sales compensation design and administration for a rapidly expanding, global SaaS provider. A core function will be daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly being directly involved and working with sales to ensure no lead hasn’t been worked to its full potential and escalating to leadership where action hasn’t been taken.

You Have:
- Overall experience of 15 yrs. with 5+ as a Sales Operations Leader working closely with the Executive team and developing strategies that impacted Sales Productivity
- Strong people manager with hands-on experience in a sales operation’s manager role
- Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills
- Should have at least 6 years in IT sales; software or professional services sales functions
- Experience working in the software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud software or similar industry will be a value added
- Hands on experience in developing specific strategies for offshore and field Sales teams
What you’ll do:
In close collaboration with the senior sales management, monitor and increase the overall productivity and effectiveness of the global sales organization
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate objectives and priorities are established within the sales organization.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data being reviewed and actioned directly with the sales reps, managers and directors that no lead is missed
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes used within the sales organization, working closely with other functions and stakeholders as required
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and reporting consistency
- Escalate to various levels as needed when opportunities arise that an action isn’t being taken
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales projects and incentive compensation programs
- Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and other sales support functions
