The Team & Role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, GTM Operations & Enablement and you’ll work closely with Senior Leadership to support and own Sales data analytics needs. You will be responsible for providing crucial sales insights to help support key business decisions along with solving sales and operational challenges. The Sales Operations Manager will be a strategic planner, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, have excellent problem-solving skills, have strong business and forecasting/budgeting acumen.
This is a highly-visible role that will collaborate across all functions of the business to help create strategies that will influence internal and external customers.
The SevenRooms GTM Operations & Enablement team is the heartbeat of our revenue organization. We are a diverse, global team working to help our customer facing teams meet their business goals through creative problem-solving, data and deep product knowledge. Our team is a group of curious problem solvers who work cross functionally to move initiatives forward.
What You’ll Do
- Enable our Revenue Team to meet and exceed quotas through effective data management of metrics and KPIs
- Manage and create monthly sales reporting that will provide insights and trends to help sales leaders make key business decisions
- Manage weekly forecast calls along with providing accurate pipeline analytics across all regions for Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding
- Manage quota design, targets, headcount planning, budgets and development with a strong focus on data modeling while working closely with Finance
- Analyze and communicate weekly and monthly sales progress against OKRs, KPIs; provide areas of improvement and ensure accountability across all Revenue Teams.
- Work closely with the Data Team to ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all data related activities
- Responsible for analysis related to market penetration and performance and help develop territories while providing recommendations
- Cross functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding to develop and drive KPIs, metrics and change management
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding to document and establish processes and workflows based on business requirements
- You will analyze the sales funnel to find bottlenecks in process and increase funnel velocity
- Work closely with the Salesforce Team to develop workflows in Salesforce to ensure support for sales productivity, reporting and dashboards
- Assist with Board presentations
- Other projects and ad hoc requests as assigned
Who You Are
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and G-Suite with an emphasis on Google Sheets and Slides.
- Effectively and efficiently organize and analyze large sets of data while telling the story behind insights and trends making it easy for the end user to make business decisions
- Self-motivated and have a high attention to detail
- Strong knack for data visualization and modeling
- Team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing change management and process improvements
- Strong interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills with a passion for people, data, strategy and process
