Your mission
Our sales teams are on the frontline interacting with merchants every day and providing a personal experience that few others in the world can provide. From the necessity of enabling our sales team to provide a better customer experience, the Sales Operations team was built with the mission to deliver it through technology, data and processes.
Head of Sales Ops is a key role in the commercial organisation, reporting directly to the CRO and serving as an important partner in the development of our sales strategy. In this role you are also responsible for driving development and implementation of all tools, trainings, metric standardisation, commercial planning and reporting across our 10+ geographies. You will lead our existing Sales Operations teams (Sales Revenue and Operations, Sales Solutions, Sales Enablement and Business Planning) and be responsible for growing these functions as the business scales.
We are looking for someone full of energy who is passionate about sales and able to think critically on how to continuously improve our internal processes and sales performance as well. We are looking for someone who will strive towards the goal of building a stronger, more customer-centric and effective company, capable of pushing our customers (as well as SaltPay) to the next level. We truly believe that we can only grow as much as our customers do. That said, you will be responsible to:
- Enable the success of the commercial organisation by providing the tools, processes and data to scale a modern, multi-channel sales operation across our products and markets;
- Engage with the global sales teams to understand their needs and requirements in order to implement a customer centric process;
- Create a high performance team environment that fosters professional development and retention;
- Support your team on communicating the sales enablement and sales solutions strategy and KPIs to stakeholders;
- Drive change and instigate a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organisation;
- Engage and influence cross-functional marketing, sales, operation and technology teams, and collaborate across the organisation to create integrated solutions;
- Analyses sales and key management reports giving customers insight on opportunities to improve performance;
- Evaluating and improving internal processes and systems and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit;
- Developing team managers including support with recruitment, training and managing the performance of each employee;
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data, and analysis;
Based on constant communication with our multiple regional teams, you'll work closely with different cultures and people. You will be contributing with excellent insights that will lead us to an improved sales process strategy and achievement of our goals. Your mission is to support our growth journey from the very beginning, becoming one of the faces responsible for the revolution in the sector!

- MBA is a plus;
