We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and build a best-in-class sales organization. This person will be responsible for designing, building, implementing and maintaining the processes and systems that drive the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness. This primarily includes forecasting, opportunity management, onboarding, training, sales playbooks, data analysis and reporting but covers broader aspects that contribute to sales performance and profit objectives. We are looking for someone who eats, breathes and sleeps sales operations excellence, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
What Success Looks Like at Cinchy~
- Own the Sales team’s technology stack - select, customize and optimize the tools we use to drive efficiency and effectiveness in hitting revenue targets
- Owning the sales team’s data - organize, protect and optimize our data to enable Cinchy to be the best-in-world for sales data management
- Go beyond industry standard metrics to generate insights and enhance productivity and effectiveness in new ways. Provide operational dashboards to enable daily, monthly, quarterly and annual decision making
- Owns onboarding, training and team support - the role is the chief enablement office for the entire sales team. They orchestrate cross-piller contributions and external resources to make sure the team has the knowledge and skills to ramp and execute at the highest levels
- Oversee planning and execute operational tasks to support team objectives
- Administer contracts, including sales incentive plans, price lists, order forms, platform agreements, NDA’s and the like, and work cross pillars to ensure seamless collaboration on related operational items
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
More About You~
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role and understand how to design and implement and end-to-end sales operations methodology
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, strong capabilities in data management will be an advantage
- You pay attention to detail, are well organized and can orchestrate large teams to leverage our systems and processes to achieve desired outcomes
- You are data driven and outcome focused.You are proactive and have strong communication skills
