IngenioRX's Sales Operations org is looking to hire a Director of Sales Operations and Strategy (Sales Effectiveness). This People Leader will be responsible for working extensively with our Sales and Account Management Senior Leaders and teams leading the sales operations, processes, and planning functions for IngenioRX. This role can be remote from any US location.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Directly support S/AM leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for winning new logos and securing existing clients.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of multi-disciplined sales support staff.
Develop strong cross functional networks / effective internal collaboration with peers
Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities.
Analyzes / Leverages CRM and Financial Data to prepare compelling analytics and storylines.
Manages end to end Sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment to strategic priorities and market needs.
Builds and leverages cross functional relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Build compelling storylines, executive summaries and decks in support of our Sales Proposals.
Serves as project manager for special projects as directed by executive management.
Works with Corporate Strategic Planning to ensure that the SBU is appropriately coordinated with the corporate strategies.
Translates complex, technical information in presentation-friendly formats including graphical displays to a wide variety of executive audiences.
Participates in optimizing strategic initiatives and planning through challenges to cost/benefit investments that involve significant monetary investments and that support key strategic direction to the SBU.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience including 5 years of project management experience and 5 years of related experience as a health analyst or health staffer in the legislative community; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Highly preferred skills and experience:
Sales Operations and sales effectiveness experience in the healthcare domain, preferably with a Pharmacy Benefit Management firm, Medical Health Insurance firm, or a firm selling medical service offerings into Health Plans.
Be able to balance Sense of Urgency with Process Discipline.

Annual Salary Range*: $136,000 - $171,000.
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
