Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.
Walmart Connect is looking for a Sales Performance Analyst who can support activities for our Sales teams, help our business leaders better understand our business, and product efficacy.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Self-motivated and detail oriented, and thrive working within a complex process environment that is not fully mature while being able to positively manage situations of a dynamic nature
- Oversee sales operations workflow and process for WC
- Able to data manage including auditing and resolving data integrity issues
- Manage best practices for sales reporting and analytics
- Provide training and be the subject expert of SFDC for WC Sales team
- Exceptional follow through, and be administratively strong in process management
- Focused on continuous improvement, identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process; and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges
- Be a great team player and collaborator
- Digital Advertising company background and knowledge of advertising, media, adtech, and marketing preferred
Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 4+ years of operational experience (Account Management, Campaign Management, Sales Ops, Biz Ops or Finance)
- Expertise in Excel, SFDC, Tableau or any dashboarding/BI tools
- SQL Knowledge preferred
- Can operate in complex environments
- Has strong communication/interpersonal skills and is able to build relationships and influence cross-functionally
- High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems
- Great teamwork and collaboration skills
