Sales Operations Specialist | Contract

This resource will play a pivotal role in the shaping of our overall sales processes and capabilities. You will be assisting various projects to drive sales efficiency and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven experience in project management and business analysis. Proficient in driving cross-functional collaboration and possesses excellent communication skills to liaise with Chinese clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate reports to provide detailed analysis and insights into China business agreement.
• Input information from spreadsheets into Salesforce (or other systems of records) to track adherence to deals, cost reliefs or other needs.
• Coordinate efforts across different teams to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Facilitate communication between key stakeholders in China, internal teams, and other stakeholders to maintain collaboration and access to the company's tools.
• Assist in developing clear and comprehensive requirements for projects, particularly in the context of the sales process.
• Identify blockers and propose effective solutions, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
• Create visual representations and documentation, such as flowcharts or guidelines, illustrating different processes involved in working with China clients and stakeholders.
• Develop presentations and slide decks summarizing performance findings, status updates, and key insights.
• Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction.
• Possible engagement and collaboration with (not limited to) Hong Kong, Taiwan, global key account stakeholders with presence in China.
• Other ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Qualifications

• Degree holder with any related field or equivalent.
• Ideally 1+ years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales engagement and processes.
• Positive attitude along with a passion for the business and data.
• Experience with end-to-end sales processes and tools.
• Able to translate ideas and requirements from sales leadership into a documented process with defined timelines.
• Engage relevant resources to turn requirements into tangible programs that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Excellent communications skills in Chinese language, minimum O Level Chinese A2 or equivalent, to liaise with Chinese speaking clients to coordinate decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Able to articulate sales operations practices - channels, inside sales, presales, renewals, compensation, etc
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Clari and CPQ tools are a plus.
• Comfortable working with diverse global counterparts.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
• Self-Directed individual who will seek out information as needed to achieve the right outcomes.
• Comfortable operating with limited resources and doing hands on work to get the job done.
