Chief Financial Officer

A CFO position in Stevens Point, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 10+ years of accounting management experience with 5+ years in an executive level role. Candidates must have strong experience handling mergers and acquisitions and working with investors. This CFO role will require candidates to travel, both domestic and international. In this position, you will oversee all cash management, investments, budgets, financial reports, and insurance needs for multiple locations. This position will also review revenue opportunities, monitor company performance, oversee financial systems and strategy, maintain company banking relationships, and manage internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Accounting required. CPA a plus.

• 10+ years of Accounting experience within a management position. Previous experience in an executive position required.

• Experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with international finance and tax.

• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and investor relations.

• Proficient experience with accounting and ERP software.

• Ability to travel quarterly.
