The Role: CFO

This fully remote CFO role (ideally based in the NYC-to-Boston corridor) is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. As the financial architect of the company’s future, the CFO will oversee global finance operations and play a pivotal role in scaling the business, driving profitability, and executing an ambitious M&A strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partner proactively with the CEO to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and business growth.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support acquisitions, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Provide financial insights that drive profitability by customer, product, and segment.
• Establish strong relationships with private equity stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance metrics and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership experience in software and technology businesses, ideally with expertise in pricing strategies, usage-based models, and deferred revenue for subscriptions.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, business strategy, and supporting acquisitions and growth initiatives.
