About The Role
The Deal Desk team plays a critical role in the Sales Organization's growth and success. As the Deal Desk Analyst, you will be assisting our Sales and Account Management teams in creating basic and complex quotes, handling deal closing processes, and helping manage the Closed Won deals in our CRM System. Additionally, you will help our Go To Market teams with setting up and completing RFPs. Finally, you will also be interacting closely with the Finance, Legal, Integrations, and Sales teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor sales opportunities (in progress and closed) to ensure commercial details are correctly recorded for forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition purposes
- Partner with Account Executives on the creation of quotes for New Business and Upsell Opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Management on the subscription renewal process in CRM
- Provide Deal Structuring guidance to the Go To Market team to help secure mutually beneficial deals for both Riskified and its clients.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and automation
- Ad-Hoc assistance to the Go To Market team as issues arise.
- Support Finance & SIC teams in end-of-quarter deal summaries and commission payouts
- Assist the Go To Market Team on any incoming RFPs from Merchants via our RFP tool, Loopio.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role or sales position
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in management, mathematics, statistics, or economics (masters degree is a major plus)
- Interest in the SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech space
- Knowledge of Google Suite products and Salesforce
- CPQ experience is not required but is highly desired
- Someone who is a Self starter, and is willing to take ownership on problems and see them through to completion.
- Analysis and problem solving skills, attention to detail with strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
