Our client is a growing company in the SaaS space that is looking to bring on a Sales Operations Analyst. This individual will be responsible for supporting the sales organization with their technology stack, systems and tools. This is a hybrid position, and a great growth opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Daily administration and support of HubSpot
- Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities, and execute operational plans
- Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, and system enhancements, and best practice sharing
- Ensure data cleanliness across the sales tech stack
- Participate in the administration of the sales tech stack
- Support the sales team by having intimate knowledge of the features/functionality of the sales tech stack
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to support the sales team’s success and increase cross-functional alignment
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong hands-on experience and knowledge of:O365 suite, Slack, HubSpot, Experience with PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, and PartnerStack is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years in reporting and analytical experience for Sales, Business Finance, or applicable operations experience.
