In the context of a fast growth, Veeam EMEA Operations team is looking for EMEA Sales Operations Manager to support Veeam’s EMEA Sales organization through high impact project management, process innovation and analytical analyses, working hand-in-hand with multiple senior stakeholders. This role will have a strong impact on sales execution and will build lasting relationships with Veeam sales and channel teams at all levels. In addition, it will collaborate closely with EMEA Field Marketing, Sales Acceleration, Reporting teams, IT and other EMEA functions. This role will report to EMEA Director of Sales Operations and be part of a team of 5 people.
Responsibilities

Act as a true business partner for EMEA Sales management team by driving sales strategic initiatives and analyses to improve sales performance and operational standardization (E.g. Launch or develop new tools, simplify ways of working, enrich sales methodology, reinforce sales organization efficiency etc.)

Proactively provide insightful sales metrics at EMEA and regional levels to support proposed improvements/projects:

Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success

Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

Evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside, collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting your reports to the management team

Follow-up on projects implementation assigned by EMEA leadership team or Sales Operations Director in a timely manner

Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and other regular sales meetings (Summit, all-hands calls etc.) in such as weekly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts, pipeline and results analysis or any
other relevant indicators (activity etc.)

Support annual planning process for Sales teams, in conjunction with other team members, supporting regional Vice-Presidents in defining sales territories, setting appropriate yearly targets, and defining the best organization given evolving needs
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience required (preferably in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration), Master would be a plus.

Analytical mindset, able to structure an issue and generate insights from quantitative analyses. Salesforce experience is required.

Ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organization, including very effective interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, written and verbal)

Previous experience within a technology company, especially regarding cloud and channel (partners) management would be greatly appreciated

Database management and BI application (e.g. Tableau, SQL) skills are a strong plus
