NewRocket is hiring multiple ServiceNow Deal Desk Analysts to work within the Presales organization, on our India team and reporting to the Deal Desk Manager. The Deal Desk Analyst is a key role within our broader sales organization being a part of our high-performance crew that is supercharging our Statement of Work (SOW), Proposal and RFP Response lifecycle processes. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong technical, communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for assisting sales and delivery teams in writing and reviewing SOWs, templates, and Requests for Proposals.

The Role
- Manages activities for writing SOWs, Templates and coordinating RFP process
- Confer with Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Quality Assurance to discuss document specifications or procedures.
- Determine proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs
- Manages deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Gather information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks
- Develop documents by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery leads to provide proper contractual scoping including what is in-scope and out-of-scope, NewRocket and Client responsibilities, Assumptions, Deliverables, Engagement methodology and timeline.
- Supports the establishment and ongoing development of repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits and other data resources to create high quality, meaningful and accurate responses.
What You Bring Along
- Understands that documents like legal SOWs, and proposals create lasting impressions for our customers, and that we must always create a great first impression!
- Detail oriented, highly organized and self-starter!
- Bachelor’s degree in business or English, or 5 years professional experience
- 4 years of experience in technology industry including 2 years in technology professional services
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in proposal/RFP writing
- PMP or Project Coordination certification (preferred)
