This New York, NY-based private equity firm has a three-decade track record of transforming small businesses. It invests across a number of key sectors including IT services. The sponsor currently owns more than 100 portfolio companies and has steadily grown throughout its history. Today the sponsor has more than $13B in assets under management. It's $2.5+B of dry powder includes $1B ear marked for add-on acquisitions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: Managed Services Provider (MSP), Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), Managed IT Services, or Cybersecurity
- Functional: One of the following –
- Top sales leader of a $90mm-$250mm managed IT services company; or
- Key, number two sales leader of a $150mm-500mm managed IT services company
- Orientation: Heavy sales orientation is required
- Private Equity: Preferred but not required
- Tenure: 15 to 20+ years of progressive career success
