Key Responsibilities

The CRO will be responsible for 4 teams (Total of 50 in-direct reports).

• Craft and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans, focusing on expanding market share and penetrating new markets.
• Oversee and mentor a team of 50 sales professionals, with a focus on acquiring and managing large enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading large sales teams: 50+
• Experience landing fortune 500's.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term revenue growth strategies that align with company goals.
