The Role

We’re looking for a world-class B2B Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to take a startup from traction to scale. You’ll own and execute the marketing strategy, drive inbound demand, and optimize every part of the funnel—without needing a massive team or budget.

You must have hands-on expertise in scaling B2B SaaS marketing, a data-driven approach, and a playbook for driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who’s done this before and wants to do it faster, smarter, and better.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Growth Strategies – Own inbound lead generation, content marketing, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.
  • Drive Inbound & Outbound Marketing – Optimize website traffic, landing pages, and lead gen campaigns to increase demo bookings.
  • Own Product-Led Growth & Referral Loops – Leverage ReferralHero’s strengths to attract and retain customers through viral loops.
  • Oversee Paid & Organic Acquisition – Manage SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and other paid/organic channels for customer acquisition.
  • Optimize Funnels & Conversion Rates – Improve sign-up rates, activation, and MQL to SQL conversions through CRO and A/B testing.
  • Launch & Scale Partnerships – Identify and execute co-marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage Marketing Ops & Analytics – Own attribution tracking and performance reporting to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Test & Iterate Rapidly – Experiment with new growth tactics and scale the ones that work.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on startup to high-growth scaling.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through demand gen, paid/organic, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Exceptional storytelling & content skills – Can craft compelling messaging that converts.
  • Deep analytical mindset – Can break down data and attribution models to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Self-starter mentality – You operate with urgency, take full ownership, and don’t need hand-holding.
  • Strong execution skills – You roll up your sleeves, iterate fast, and get things done.
  • Bonus: Experience working in referral, affiliate, or viral marketing is a plus.
