Role Brief-
This is high a visibility role and would need someone with strong experience in Sales Operations and the Sales Incentive domain.
- Support APAC Sales Strategy & GTM Planning, Forecast, Target setting, Comp plan, Baseline, Capacity & Territory Planning
- Pipeline management, Lead Ageing, Forecast effectiveness
- Establishing Reporting framework, KPI’s/Scorecard, build in standardization & automation in reporting
- Reporting on Geo, Territory, Rep, to aid insight driven decision making, regular reviews with Sales/Strategy
- Attainment against Quota , Forecasting, Compensation effectiveness, Attrition analysis, Benchmarking
- Analyzed data to identify gaps in key sales processes, and designed to-be processes, resulting in standardization and accelerated decision-making by the leadership.
- Drive stakeholder updates like governance calls, business insight, trend analysis and regular work stream updates
- Manage the sales incentive/ compensation process Operations including Quota Audit, Quota Management, Revenue Adjustments, Revenue Reconciliations, Payout Analysis, and Disputes Resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree.
- Relevant 5-8 years of experience Required
Good communication, Above average Excel & PPT skills. Confident & agile
