Join Our Team
Our Commercial Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy for B2B customers in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This includes service pricing, customer acquisition, base management, account-based marketing, marketing systems & operations, and channel strategy. Our team has P&L accountability for this business line across mobility, IoT, and fixed services.
We are searching for an experienced People Leader. In this role, you will be the lead for our revenue operations team, responsible for revenue leakage programs, incremental revenue generations programs, and funnel management - with P&L accountability for this segment of the business. You’ll be responsible for supporting a team of highly engaged, analytical, and creative marketing professionals charged with overseeing our P&L and ensuring we achieve our objectives.
What We'll Accomplish Together
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Strategy & Planning, Business Intelligence, Pricing and Sales Teams. A key element will be elevating your team’s portfolio’s, bringing attention to revenue leakage points and driving actions from stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Pricing, you will play a critical role in driving profitable subscriber and market share growth, and in supporting our overall commercial marketing strategy.

Qualifications
- You’re an analytical and strategic thinker who uses fact based analysis to guide your decision making, particularly when confronting ambiguity
- You’re comfortable leveraging large data-sets in making decisions, and you build clear and effective business cases
- You have strong product or customer marketing experience in technology, telecom, or other relevant sectors that you’ll call upon in this role
- You are a collaborative cross-functional partner and have experience driving change across broad stakeholder groups while executing change mandates
- You are resilient and adept at thinking outside the box and are constantly observing, being curious and asking questions
- You have experience leading a team of highly engaged team members and have the ability to drive change via influence
- You can effectively align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy and can identifying threats and opportunities
- You have experience in developing presentation materials and reports that help facilitate high caliber discussions with executive teams
- You can plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects
Great to haves
- Business or technical educational background (e.g. engineering)
- 5+ year of progressive and relevant work experience in marketing, finance, or strategy consulting
- B2B experience would be considered
- Prior telecommunications expertise an asset
