The Deal Desk is responsible for facilitating the successful execution of complex deals by optimizing deal configuration, ensuring data integrity and facilitating cross-team coordination of resources. The Deal Desk Analyst will own day to day Deal Desk functions in addition to being a strategic advisor to Flexe’s revenue teams through managing complex deal requests, operationalizing deal activity and providing structure in ambiguous areas.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Flexe technical capabilities.
- Serve as an expert in standard deal types, pricing configurations and terms.
- Ensure new deals meet standard pricing configuration and SLA expectations, tracking all custom terms and exceptions.
- Manage opportunity tracking and status reports.
- Identify opportunities to remove bottlenecks, resolve inconsistencies and improve efficiency in proposal and implementation processes.
What we are looking for?
- 1-3+ years of experience in contract negotiation, sales operations or similar teams.
- Ability to read and understand contractual business terms and conditions.
- Excellent project and task management skills, able to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously.
- Strategic & analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Able to navigate complex deal structures and construct favorable outcomes for all parties.
