Our client, an industry leading and innovative Real Estate Firm is seeking a VP of Sales & Strategic Operations to join their growing leadership team in South Florida! This role will have a remote work schedule with 2-3 necessary meetings in the office each month.
The VP of Sales & Strategic Operations will be in charge of the company's revenue streams. Leveraging knowledge of the roles both sales and marketing play in driving growth, they have ultimate accountability in aligning all revenue-generating departments and building strategic partnerships (recruiting, inside sales, and field sales). The VP of Sales will oversee all sales roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead implementation of sales strategies and tactics, and develop sales plays designed to capture market share, develop new customer relationships, and generate incremental business that exceeds sales goals
- Lead, Build and Manage all sales operations between inside sales, field sales, and past client retention strategies
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure we have the right sales language in drip campaigns and sales print material
- Organizational structure: streamlining and reshaping to respond to changes in business priorities
- Build relationships with outside agents and team for future acquisition opportunities
- Oversee sales pipeline management, deal progression, negotiations, and develop team productivity KPIs to grow pipeline, improve closing rates and manage margin
- Work with Marketing and Operations to coordinate go-to-market plans, identify collateral needs, in-person events, external communications, lead generation, and other awareness and interest drivers
- Identify opportunities for optimization in the customer journey and champion changes to facilitate growth channels through new products or services
- Expand geographic footprint by developing international strategies and relationships
- Develop and build deep and long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners
- Identify sales and business development opportunities
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree & 6-8+ years of Sales experience preferably within Real Estate, Tech, SaaS, or other related industry.
