The Deal Desk Coordinator will be a key member of the Schedule Engine revenue team, supporting our sales and customer success teams in their pursuit of growing Schedule Engine’s revenue. The ideal candidate is scrappy, incredibly attentive to detail, analytical, and knows how to hustle right alongside our customer facing teams.
You should be able to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing and fast-paced environment, and share our passion for helping contractors take their business to the next level in an efficient, strategic way.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the liaison between sales / success, revenue, legal, and finance in getting prospective and existing customers onto new contracts
- Accountable for continuous review of deal progression and partnering cross-functionally to ensure optimal deal cycle times and flawless execution in the Closed Won process
- Lead the contract drafting process, generating standard documents and working with Legal and Finance to help account teams respond to customer feedback
- Ensure efficient execution of deals through standard workflow process on an ongoing basis
- Maintain software and processes to facilitate contract management and accurate record keeping in Salesforce
- Manage any required sales contract amendments and addenda, including Renewals, Franchise agreements, and Mergers & Acquisitions
- Support reporting needs as required
What you’ll need:
- Appetite for growth, including learning new technologies, skills, and processes with a strong tolerance for change and ambiguity
- Curiosity about tech industry, Deal Desk, Finance, and Sales Operations
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ / CLM software, Google Sheets / Excel
