The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting level 2 global Sales process system inquires and reports to the Sr Manager of GTM Business Systems. This position will be essential to the sales team’s success and will focus on quickly triaging inbound GTM system and sales process inquiries from the global sales team as well as testing of new functionality, system bugs and enhancements. If you are process-oriented and a data-driven professional with good communication skills and a growth mindset and you enjoy and take pride in owning and improving your area of work this is the position for you.
Responsibilities:

Manage a queue of inbound system/sales process related inquiries from the global sales teams.

Triage and solve Level 2 issues
-
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new GTM system functionality

Participate in defining, documenting, and implementing new sales systems functionality:

Support the sales team
-
Collaborate with the DBI (Digital Business Innovation) team and Tier 1 support team on queue routing.
Requirements:

2+ years of B2B related work experience, preferably at a fast-growing company:
-
Experience with Salesforce CRM (functionality, data structure, reporting)

Power user in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) or other data analysis tool
-
Strong attention to detail and identifying gaps through data analysis
