As the person solely responsible for new client acquisition and reporting directly to the CEO, you’re not just selling on behalf of a company. You’re the Chief Revenue Officer for a company.

What your sales goals will be:
- Year 1: $50,000 of new monthly recurring revenue ($600,000 annualized revenue)
- Year 2: $100,000 of new monthly recurring revenue ($1.2M annualized revenue)
- Year 3: $150,000 of new monthly recurring revenue ($1.8M annualized revenue)
What your commissions will be:
- Year 1: $150,000
- Year 2: $300,000
- Year 3: $450,000
This role includes a base salary and benefits.
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Learning about Xpert’s services and differentiators
- Generating your own leads
- Running a repeatable sales “process”
- Tracking your sales activities in a CRM application
- Closing IT and cybersecurity services contracts with middle-market and lower-enterprise companies within 6 specific industries
Here’s what you will not be doing:
- Worrying about anything related to Xpert’s internal operations
- Managing other sales people
- Selling into current clients
Requirements
- You have answered “yes” to the question, “Can I hit these goals?”
- You have experience that demonstrates you can hit these goals
- You have executive presence, but a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- You have a desire to be part of a start-up like company
- You are a humble rainmaker, not the kind no one likes
- You are entrepreneurial in your thinking, in your approaches
- You sell with integrity and do the right thing 100% of the time
