Key Responsibilities:
Architect the financial strategy and roadmap aligned with ambitious growth plans
Lead all accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance functions
Partner with the CEO and board to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategy
Establish ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition policies for hardware/software hybrid model
Spearhead financial modeling, budgeting and scenario analysis
Prepare the company for future capital market opportunities
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
Identify and implement an ERP solution suitable for scaling operations
The Ideal Candidate:
A proven CFO with a mix of private and public company experience
10+ years of progressive finance leadership in technology or hardware-software businesses
Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
Strong systems knowledge, ideally with new ERP implementation experience
Track record engaging with investors and strategic partners
ACA / CPA qualified, with Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Strategic vision combined with operational expertise
Collaborative leadership style that positions finance as a business enabler
