Chief Financial Officer

With a fantastic blend of cutting-edge tech and incredible people, they've established themselves as a future market leader since their launch just 5 years ago, hitting profit, and are now poised for global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the financial strategy and roadmap aligned with ambitious growth plans
• Lead all accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance functions
• Partner with the CEO and board to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategy
• Establish ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition policies for hardware/software hybrid model
• Spearhead financial modeling, budgeting and scenario analysis
• Prepare the company for future capital market opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Identify and implement an ERP solution suitable for scaling operations

The Ideal Candidate:

• A proven CFO with a mix of private and public company experience
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in technology or hardware-software businesses
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
• Strong systems knowledge, ideally with new ERP implementation experience
• Track record engaging with investors and strategic partners
• ACA / CPA qualified, with Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Strategic vision combined with operational expertise
• Collaborative leadership style that positions finance as a business enabler
