Salary Range: 220k-250k + 20%-30% bonus

A strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is needed to join our clients executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial direction, ensuring robust financial management, and driving business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.

Duties

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cost control initiatives and expense management processes to optimize profitability.
• Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for the board of directors and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations.
• Foster relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and investors.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the manufacturing or related industry.
• Expertise in financial report writing and presenting complex data clearly.
• Experience in business development with a focus on driving revenue growth through sound financial practices.
• Solid understanding of cost control measures and expense management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
