Our client is an Australian organisation and leader in their segment within the B2B services industry. They have achieved this position through excellent customer service, strategic initiatives and technical innovation coupled with selective M&A. With a national footprint and impressive delivery capability, the organisation is in an ideal position to provide best in class solutions to their B2B client base. We are seeking a seasoned CFO to support the organisation through the next stage of their growth journey.

As Chief Financial Officer you will be a “trusted advisor” to the CEO and a respected finance lead to the Board and private equity shareholder. We are seeking an experienced CFO ideally with private equity experience as well as experience in a service based setting who can continue to elevate a strong finance function and support the company on its growth journey. This will include offering analytical rigour and insights while supporting programs to embed KPIs and accountability across the operations. As CFO, you will provide key financial support to strategic decision making, operating model design, efficiency opportunities and expansion plans.

You will have a track record of success in a substantial setting with a complex stakeholder set. Whilst open to industry backgrounds, you will enjoy working strategically whilst being data driven and across the detail. You will also be a collaborative and inspirational leader who can empower a high performing team whilst proactively contributing to an impressive executive team.

The Company and role is based in the Sunshine Coast. Relocation will be required for interstate candidates.
