SpringServe (now part of Magnite) is a video ad server that some of the largest Connected TV publishers, TV manufacturers and platforms around the world use on a daily basis to manage their advertising campaigns. We process 350 billion events a day through our real-time systems and growing. Our UI is the hub that Publishers use to manage their business relationships, track their goals and optimize their revenue.
As a member of the SpringServe Sales team, this position will report directly to Sr. Director, Sales Operations. You will be directly responsible for helping to scale our global sales and operations teams and processes, by leveraging technology, business process and project management skills. You will work closely with cross functional teams, such as Finance, Engineering, Product, and Legal to implement process changes and global automation initiatives. You will help to create and drive roadmaps to establish and maintain global operations infrastructure. The Sales Operations Analyst will help to refine the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business. You will be supporting the Sr. Director, Sales Operations across varied initiatives, to adapt a growing global team to an evolving business landscape.
In this role you will:

Support the sales and client success teams to meet defined quarterly objectives.

Assist with all aspects of sales operations implementation, including ideation, content and materials development, vendor management, contract management, communication strategy, and measurement of adoption and effectivity.

Engage with the Magnite Business Intelligence team to standardize and deliver business reporting.

Assist with the creation of monthly content for executive presentations and reporting.

Proactively identify and remedy bottlenecks in processes.

Create and maintain pre and post sales onboarding training materials and dashboards.

Simplify processes and implement automation.

Ensure effective and efficient use of Salesforce.com including administration, user setup, and adoption.

Manage contact lists and ensure that Salesforce.com data is up to date by auditing data for consistency, setting up automations, and managing custom fields.
We’re looking for someone with:

At least 1+ year of sales operations experience

Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Jira

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience developing sales processes

A hands-on approach to solving problems

A sense of flexibility and self-drive to work autonomously and within a team
