We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organisation. You will be responsible for optimising sales processes, implementing data-driven decision-making, and supporting revenue growth strategies. This role is critical in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the right tools, insights, and processes to drive performance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimisation: Streamline sales workflows, improve pipeline management, and enhance operational efficiencies
  • CRM & Systems Management: Administer and optimise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support the sales team and ensure data accuracy
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, analyse sales performance metrics, and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure sales teams have the necessary training, collateral, and technology to maximise productivity
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Improve sales forecasting accuracy by implementing best practices in data analysis and reporting
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Compensation & Incentives: Assist in designing and managing sales commission structures to drive performance

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking risks, experimenting, and iterating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong bias for action with the ability to take an idea from concept to launch, navigating complexity and ambiguity along the way.
