• Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
• Implement and manage sales workflows, automations, and CRM systems to streamline operations
• Oversee the acquisition team (sales & marketing) to ensure smooth lead generation and conversion
• Track and analyze client engagement and churn metrics, providing insights to improve retention
• Work closely with internal teams to align on sales processes and client success strategies
• Ensure a seamless experience for new and existing clients, from onboarding to ongoing support
• Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce manual work

• Experience in CRM management, sales operations, or revenue optimization
• Strong client relationship and retention skills
• Knowledge of sales workflows, automations, and process optimization
• Ability to work independently while aligning decisions with leadership
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Based in or willing to commute to Manchester, UK (in-office 3x per week)

• Experience in B2B sales or marketing
• Familiarity with automation tools and reporting software
• A track record of improving client retention and sales efficiency
