Description:
A strong project manager that can be responsible for large projects, implementation of new sales tools with Salesforce.
A sales operations focused in Salesforce.com, sales process, sales tool enablement, and looks for productivity improvements.
They do this by ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and seamless integration with existing processes.
This team member would work closely with sales, IT, marketing, and other stakeholder teams.
They would analyze sales workflows, identify process gaps, and introduce technology driven solutions to improve productivity, reporting, and sales effectiveness.
Strong communication to drive change management as well as process documentation and reporting to support
Skills:
Project Management Salesforce.com experience
Management large projects, implementation of new sales tools with Salesforce.
Proficiency in Sales tools
Strong excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
experience with sql and BI tools
Process automation is a plus (Zapier, python, HubSpot)
