Sales Operations Specialist – eCommerce & Retail
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our eCommerce and retail operations. This role will oversee order processing, inventory management, logistics, and reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, Costco, Macy’s, and Williams-Sonoma. The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce operations, logistics, and data analysis, with experience in high-growth digital environments.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee eCommerce and retail order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Generate reports and provide business insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager for daily sales data reconciliation.
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels across key retail and eCommerce platforms.
Manage product forecasting to prevent stockouts while optimizing inventory turnover.
Supervise warehouse receiving, distribution, and overall logistics operations.
Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure efficient warehousing and shipping solutions.
Optimize freight and logistics costs while meeting customer delivery expectations.
Identify and troubleshoot logistics challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor product movement, storage efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Work under tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with 1-2 years in a leadership role (Amazon Vendor Business experience preferred).
Strong background in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiency.
Strong communication skills—able to convey complex processes in a clear, concise manner.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in domestic and international logistics, with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic accounting knowledge and strong mathematical skills.
Ability to multitask without compromising accuracy.
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
