WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are seeking a GTM Prospecting Enablement Manager to drive and enhance our GTM prospecting programs and outbound motion. This role will play a critical part in program managing the GTM prospecting process, working cross-functionally to ensure both SDRs and AEs are equipped with the right skills, tools, and strategies to generate new pipeline.

Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, this individual will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales Ops to refine and scale our outbound prospecting strategy. This role will also support the Integrated Pipeline Plan to improve AE prospecting efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Program Manage the GTM Prospecting Process – Partner with sales and SDR leadership to drive a structured, scalable approach to outbound prospecting. Own key initiatives to improve prospecting efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
  • Prospecting Enablement – Develop, refine, and deliver training on outbound prospecting best practices for SDRs and AEs, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Readiness & Career Progression – Build and manage programs that support SDR and AE prospecting readiness, as well as structured career development.
  • Pipeline Generation Program Management – Own the execution of GTM prospecting programs and provide enablement support for AE prospecting within the Integrated Pipeline Plan.
  • Messaging & Sequences – Design, test, and iterate outbound email sequences, call scripts, and messaging templates to improve conversion rates for SDRs and AEs.
  • Technology & Automation – Drive training and adoption of GTM prospecting tools, including Gong Engage, Outreach, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless lead flow and automation improvements.
  • Process Optimization – Guide the refinement of inbound-to-outbound motion and lead flow processes in partnership with Sales Ops and GTM leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales Ops to ensure alignment between outbound prospecting efforts and broader GTM initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Preferred location: Chicago (or willing to travel periodically for in-person training).
  • Experience in sales, GTM enablement, or outbound prospecting (SDR, AE, or sales enablement background preferred)
  • Strong ability to train and coach SDRs and AEs on prospecting strategies and messaging.
  • Experience program managing sales enablement or prospecting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (Gong Engage, Outreach, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve outbound prospecting effectiveness.
